Jeffrey E. Hymen, Attorney | Associate
Jeffrey E. Hymen concentrates his practice in business and corporate law. With his background in business and finance, Jeffrey advises business owners on a variety of corporate matters including entity structuring and organization, entity formation, entity governance, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, buy sell agreements, employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, disputes among owners, and mergers and acquisitions.
Further, Jeffrey helps facilitate the purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial real estate, including negotiating and drafting purchase agreements, leases, negotiating financing terms, and assisting with due diligence. Additionally, Jeffrey has experience with both business succession planning and developing estate plans for individuals with a focus on asset protection and reducing estate tax liability resulting in ease of administration.
