Gavin R. De Castro has focused his practice in the areas of estate planning and estate and trust administration profession for over 10 years, while simultaneously handling tax and accounting matters for individuals and business entities. As his legal career progresses at RLLaw, he will continue to concentrate on estate planning and estate and trust administration as well as estate tax and gift tax matters. He has experience with the administration of high-net-worth estates and takes pride in helping all clients he encounters. His approach is to educate clients, ensure that there is an understanding of the difficult but relieving process of estate planning or estate and trust administration, and finally executing each client's plan to get the best result based on the facts. Gavin's work experience is diverse. Prior to RLLaw, he was an associate at a large trust company and bank, appointed as a subject matter expert of asset administration, a consulting tax attorney, a business development manager at a national firm, and then practiced at a boutique law firm assisting and guiding clients with estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax review, tax preparation, tax controversy, real estate transactions, corporate, and contract matters.
